Before choosing a stand-up course, I went to a few showcases to help me decide which was the best. The showcase of Mike’s students at The Comedy Store was by far the most professional. I signed up that evening. It did not disappoint. I loved the course and Mike’s direct, intuitive and constructive feedback was very helpful. Essentially, it felt like my first 6 or so gigs but in a safe space where I could learn and make mistakes and re-write. The more work you put in the more you will get out of it. I finished the course two weeks ago and have already done my first paid gig!
